   Good video. Tried it cannot do it though. Need more practice.

   It’s simple. Don’t inhale the vapor and hold your mouth open in a O and use your tongue and jaw to push the vapor out! And you can French inhale almost the same way. Puff in your mouth, don’t inhale, slowly let the air come out of your mouth while breathing in through your nose. Impressive!
