Cartomizers are basically a cartridge and atomizer in one piece. The advantages to using cartomizers is that they usually last longer for refills as opposed to standard cartridges, they are cheaper individually than atomizers and cartridges, they can be refilled easily and they usually last for several refills. They also turn a three piece electronic cigarette into a two piece, so it’s less parts to attach to your electronic cigarette.
