The packaging recommendations usually don't mean much. Basically when you feel you aren't getting as much vapor or when the taste changes it's time for a new cartridge or to add liquid. I just add liquid, cartridges last me forever.

I do understand the question. If you have a little capsule with fiber inside your cartridge you basically put everything back together...meaning that yes you stuff it back into the capsule inside the cartridge. The same with refilling models like this the way I refill them is I'd use a paperclip or something similar and pop out the inner cartridge and add a couple of drops of liquid to it. Without the inner cartridge you will have a big mess of liquid so definitely don't get rid of it.

Am i supposed to stuff it back into the capsule that inside the cartridge or just stuff in the cartridge itself without anything else in it. I hope you understand what im talking about. thanks

As far as I know unless you open it up and know what you're doing to fix it you won't be doing much with it. It's probably a loose connection to the light. As long as it's working I'd leave it as-is, the light doesn't really matter if your atomizer is working.

Okay I'm sorry this may be off topic and feel free to not answer, but, As of just lately I have had a horrible problem with the light on the unit staying on, it heats the atomizer and everything. I have read around that it is the switch in the battery fooling itself that I am dragging on it, but i am not. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried the "Blow/suck" method and everything. Thanks David.

All the high flavors are pretty harsh until you get use to them. Once you get use to them though, they feel much better than the lower strengths.

Thank you, I Let it soak for approx. 20 minutes and it works perfectly now. The Smartnic "X-High" Is rather harsh, i am surprised. I expected a softer vapor with it. But I suppose it supplements for the absence of cigarettes because of it. Thanks again for the tip David. [:

I've heard people use cotton, but I've heard far more recommendations for poly fill. The bubbling or hissing noise will happen no matter what you use since the atomizer is basically frying or heating up the juice. Or bubbling could be there is too much liquid in the atomizer. Maybe try poly fill instead that might help.
