The Year is Off to a Great Start FDA Loses First Case In E-Cigarette Battle…and New Stuff…
Many of you have been asking me about the pending case FDA vs Smoking Everywhere and NJOY. Well the case is over and the FDA lost the case. The FDA was spending months trying to demonize e-cigarettes and putting out half truths and exaggerations about the products through press releases and through anti-smoking groups. This case has been going on for over a year and the judge has finally given his decision. You can view his order here and his opinion here. This probably isn’t the end of the battle with the FDA, but it’s a good start for what is probably going to be a long fight. The FDA still has control over tobacco so there might be new regulations made in the near future.
We also have some new stuff in. About a month ago we introduced child resistant bottles by request. Not many people have requested them, but if you have children and are worried about them getting into your liquids just request them in the notes at checkout and the will be included with your liquids.
